About me

I'm Joshua Turner, founder of Turner Systems Group. For more than 15 years, I've led warehouse teams, stabilized launches, trained people through system changes, and translated frontline friction into workflows people can actually use.

I built TSG around a simple belief: the best operational judgment is usually already in the building. My job is to make that knowledge visible, give it a clear path to move, and build only what helps the team carry the work forward.
